RZR SIDE ENCLOSURE KIT
Polaris RZR through 2014 side enclosures feature 600 denier SUNMASTER fabric with automotive grade clear flexible acrylic side windshield sewn in upper section of doors. Side enclosures work with our hard front, soft rear windshields., soft tops and hard tops. Doors are completely removable and have full length double pull zippers. Side enclosures comes complete with necessary self adhesive Velcro , installation and care instructions and are priced as a pair ( 1 driver, 1 passenger). Doors can be removed for added ventilation on warmer days. Top section of side enclosure is removable for use with soft tops and will integrate with most manufacturers hard tops. By purchasing the lower hard doors from Polaris you can totally enclose your RZR. MADE IN USA!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation Instructions
- Lay covers on flat surface inside to allow them to warm to room temperature. Doing so will help with initial install as covers will be warm and pliable.
- From side of RZR®, install side cover against outside of roll cage/frame so Velcro will engage roll bar when installed. Covers will attach to outside of roll cage on front and rear using Velcro straps with plastic loops. Attach these straps first for preliminary fit and to see where you will be installing self adhesive Velcro in Step 4.
- Zip Doors in place. (1 left, 1 right)
- Before supplied Velcroâ can be installed, you must clean areas with alcohol.
- Install supplied Velcroâ around sides and door openings corresponding to Velcroâ mate on cover.
- Attach side cover to plastic down each side of door openings below where roll bar meets the plastic using supplied adhesive backed Velcro® installed earlier. Attach plastic clips as necessary.
- When installing with a JStrong top you will use the included small wedge shaped fabric sections and attach them to the top of the side enclosure. There is adhesive backed Velcro to attach to the JStrong top and engage the added section of the side enclosure
Doors can be totally removed by completely unzipping the door and storing it so it will not get scratched or damaged.
**Your new cab’s windows and doors are made of highest quality clear plastic. It will however scratch, if not handled correctly

Your new cover is guaranteed against any defects in material and workmanship for 1 YEAR from the date of purchase. Should any problems arise, please contact your dealer. No warranty card is necessary.
WARNING: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may result in fading and/or tendering of the material. Do not store your ATV with fender cover installed in direct sunlight. Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight cannot be warranted.
Your UTV has several warning and caution labels around the machine that may be covered when this cover is installed. It is your responsibility as the UTV owner to read and understand these warnings as well as making sure anyone who operates the UTV is aware of the proper operation.
