INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
POLARIS RZR XP4 SIDE ENCLOSURES
- From side of RZR®, install side cover against roll cage/frame so straps will engage roll bar along the top, rear and sides. Leave straps slightly loose so cover can move and be positioned properly. Covers will attach to outside edge of roll cage and should be level and straight with cage frame. Repeat for other side.
- Zip Doors in place. (2 left, 2 right)
- Remove torx screws shown below here with red arrows and reinstall through grommet on side enclosure.
- Insert elastic straps around door or between door and optional door insert if equipped. Straps will hold door in place without using Velcro if desired and are necessary for proper door operation.
- OPTIONAL: Install supplied Velcro around sides and door openings corresponding to Velcro mate on cover if desired. To be able to open doors easier do not install adhesive Velcro to doors so the elastic can move as the door opens and closes. If you need the doors to seal completely you can install Velcro but need to unzip door almost completely each time door opens. Before supplied Velcroâ can be installed, you must clean areas with alcohol. If Velcro comes in contact with stickers or decals, (factory or aftermarket), it is owners responsibility to determine whether or not to install adhesive Velcro in these areas. Damage to decals are not our responsibility.
- Attach bottom of side enclosure zippered door to plastic on top of doors. Doors will be able to be opened while attached to doors if zipper is unzipped to where window turns down at rear of roll cage shown by yellow arrows below.
- Attach plastic clips around doors and enclosure where necessary.
